"Bob"
Bob began his professional investigative life in law enforcement. After successfully completing a federal law enforcement training program he spent the better part of six years as a law enforcement officer, working predominantly for law enforcement in Indian Country, investigating local and federal laws. This work was performed in conjunction with County Sheriff's and Federal Investigative Agencies.
In the same community, recognition and reference led to taking on the role of prosecuting these crimes in the local Tribal Court. This was made possible by local qualification for practice within a Court operating for the sovereign community that is an Indian Community. This work was performed for nearly three years and brought a wealth of knowledge in legal practice. Though it was at a Tribal Court level the experience gleaned was invaluable and relevant to practice in nearly every other Court, the privilege of this ability has been of great advantage. The familiarity and confidence gained from building cases, to presenting them in a Courtroom would not have been possible without great personal sacrifice of time and energy for education in "formal" training of law through the state system. While practicing on this level, education and training was provided by the community, and taken on personally so as to be effective and to perform with diligence.
A move was made to a larger city where the career change was to process service and private investigations. This work primarily included process service for collections companies and area legal professionals. After about a year... ambition and the urging of legal professional associates pushed Bob to taking on his own licenses and practice. The training and experience continues to compile and create evolution as a private investigator and process server.
